50 WAYS TO GET SUPPORT FROM HBM

Well, maybe not 50 ways, but would you believe 5 ways?

1.  HBM Support portal on the web.

HBM has implemented a web-based support portal on our website.  Through this support portal, you will be able to submit questions and the support will be provided within 36 hours.  A great feature of our portal is that you will be able to see the status of your support request and all communication associated with it by logging into the site at any time.  The history of your support requests and answers will always be available to you so you can find the answers to repeat questions by just checking the portal in the future.

Access to the support portal is free for all HBM clients who are maintaining their software assurance program with ACCPAC.

To get your login ID and password, please email Monette at monette@hbmintegrated.com and she will set you up.

2.  Email Support

Similar in performance to the support portal.  The primary difference being that there is no case created in our system you can refer to in the future.

3.  Telephone support

If you need an answer in less than 36 hours, our telephone support has a minimum charge of 15 minutes.  Clients outside the metro area can use our toll-free line 1-866-835-9611

4.  Remote Control support

If you need on-site help for a small job (workstation installation, report modification, etc) we can connect into your desktop computer through our portal on our website.  The tool that allows us to access your system securely is called CF1 and there is nothing we can't do from our office that we can do from your desk.  Support provided via CF1 has a flat charge of $35 plus the time spent on the support.  It's fast, it's convenient and you don't have to clean up your desk or find a spare chair for us!!

 

5.  On-Site

For longer support sessions and meetings, our on-site support has a minimum charge of 2 hours.

Remember that all our clients who remain current with their ACCPAC qualify for a free annual system review and free training on new versions as they are installed.  ACCPAC continues to add new features that will make your business smarter and more profitable and the best way to take advantage of the improvements is to plan for them on an annual basis.
